Davaar Church holds bible seminar camps every year in August and December. Many people participate not only from California, but also from all over the U.S., Japan, and Asia.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, five days of concentrated Bible study provides a good opportunity to reflect on oneself and change one's way of life.

The theme "Forward to His Glory ！" will be studied through the words of the Bible one by one so that we can apply the truth of the purpose for which man was created, his role, and his creation to manifest God's glory to real life.

Know ye not that ye are no longer your own? For you have been bought with a price. Therefore show forth the glory of God with your bodies, and you will be glorified with the glory of God. （ 1 Corinthians 6 ： 19 － 20 ）

A solo ・ piano ・ recital by Jun Asai will be held on July 30, 2023 （ Sunday ） at 2 pm. The program begins with Beethoven's second-to-last piano ・ Sonata Op. 110, followed by Rachmaninoff's Corelli Variations, and Liszt's Super Exercises, Mazeppa and Onigafire. The concert will close with a piano arrangement of Ravel's "La ・ Valse". The concert is free of charge, but numbered tickets are required. Numbered tickets have been sold out at past concerts. This concert is presented with the support of the Davar Church in Pasadena.
