On the agenda for discussion at this meeting: * East Lansing City Manager Robert Belleman presented the six-month status update on the City Council's Strategic Priorities for 2024-2025, highlighting goals six through 10. The first five goals were reviewed at Council's discussion only meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 11. * Proposed Ordinance 1546 to amend the Zoning Ordinance and change the process for developers seeking to transfer credits related to the diverse housing requirement of Section 50-94. The proposed ordinance was prepared by the City Attorney and would prohibit such a transfer of credits for projects receiving any economic development benefit from the City, such as payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) or similar tax abatements. * Presentation of the 2024 downtown parking system report, specifying the number of spaces available by location, price and tenure rates, and time of day. * The process of evaluating responses to the Request for Proposal for City Attorney services.
